Placement in selected classes is not guaranteed, and is based on Director's approval and class enrollment. Classes may be full or canceled due to low enrollment. An administrative staff member will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your registration form to confirm your registration (or adjust class placement), and collect payment.

Parent Agreement

I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities. I further understand that all of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury. Arts in Motion Dance Academy, LLC is not responsible for injury or personal property.
