About the Space

AIM features two dance studios, each with Harlequin marley over hard wood with neoprene sub-flooring. The mirrors on two walls of each studio can be covered with pre-installed curtains. Each dance studio has a sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, aux cords, and provided iPhone dongles. There are two individual restrooms at the rear of the building, and a comfortable lobby area in the front. Also to the rear of the building is a kitchenette, including a full-sized refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, and microwave.

Pricing

Rental pricing depends on the specific type of rental. Rates start at $35 per hour for non-profit or other small local performing arts organizations holding private rehearsals. Discounts are offered for regularly scheduled rentals paid each month with a signed rental agreement. Organizations benefiting youth in foster care get a 50% discount.
