Your son needs a healthy physical and emotional outlet in his life right now.He needs to be somewhere where his health and safety are top priorities. A place where he can make valuable friendships and feel like a part of a community. And a place where you can feel confident sending him because you know every precaution is being taken to keep him healthy. AIM's Boys Hip Hop class helps build confidence through dance taught with important historical and cultural context.
Online Only: dance from the safety of your home and join the class via Zoom each week. We have a state-of-the-art setup in our studios so instructors can see their online students, and students at home can see and hear the instructor, her shoes, AND the music.
Hybrid Classes: With social distancing, we can fit a maximum of five students in the studio together, plus the instructor. We are accepting up to 10 Hybrid students in each class. The class will be split into two groups of dancers; one group will take class in person at the studio, and the other group will join from home via Zoom. Groups will rotate each week.
Boys Hip Hop Ages 8+, no experience necessary Thursday 7:15pm-7:55pm $74/month
What are your COVID precautions and procedures? We're doing everything we possibly can to make sure AIM is the SAFEST place you send your children. This includes:
Masks required for all students and staff the entire time they're in the building (including during class).
All students & staff have their temperature checked before entering the building.
Floors, barres, mats, and props are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaner after every class.
Lobby seating, bathrooms, cubbies, doorknobs, and other high-touch surfaces are cleaned every hour.
Social distancing is enforced in the studios and in the lobby. Class capacity is severely reduced to allow for social distancing.
Parents and family are not allowed in the building during class to allow for social distancing in the lobby.
Attending class via Zoom is ALWAYS an option for any reason.
Dancers and staff who have tested positive, experienced any symptoms, or been exposed to anyone who has tested positive or experienced any symptoms, are asked to stay home and dance via Zoom.
Dancers who have traveled or attended gatherings are asked to attend class via Zoom for at least 2 weeks afterwards.
